Terms and Conditions

Welcome to African Experience Gqeberha. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with us. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking on any tour. The remaining balance is payable on arrival before the tour begins. If you do not pay the balance on arrival, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

2. Single Booking Policy

If it happens that only one booking is received for your selected tour, we will contact you with the following options:

• Accommodate you on another date, if available.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the tour price will increase by 50%. You can then choose to accept the adjusted price or request a full refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in the Single Booking Policy.
• Full refunds are only provided if the tour is cancelled by African Experience Gqeberha or if you cancel before final payment and are eligible under our cancellation terms (please contact us for specifics).
• No refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, timings, or substitute tours due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate information at booking and comply with health and safety regulations.
• African Experience Gqeberha is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour except where caused by our negligence.

6. Communication

We will communicate important information regarding your booking via the contact details provided. Please ensure these are accurate and monitored.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
